I joined Boot Camp in August 2013 after seeing far too many pictures of myself that I didn't like; I'd tried to diet and knew "the gym" wasn't for me. A friend suggested we try Boot Camp after seeing someone achieve significant inch and weight loss.
The sessions are varied and new training techniques are introduced all the time which is fantastic – with set challenges which really brings the group together.
I've experienced amazing results something that just wasn’t achievable with the normal gym or running session.
