James Edwards the instructor who runs the sessions is amazing giving the right level of encouragement at the right time and he knows how to keep pushing you and that's what you need ! You need to be pushed for things to change the sessions need to be hard for you to be able to get fitter and be able to lose the weight.
The fellow Bootcampers are a really good bunch ( both men & women) so supportive and we feel like a team, we do have such a laugh at times, I look forward to each session and for me personally its really improving my health, I cannot explain how good you feel after that hour ! You will be amazed at the results , give it a go I promise you won't look back.
