I joined Boot Camp in August 2013 after seeing far too many pictures of myself that I didn't like, I'd tried to diet and knew "the gym" wasn't for me. A friend suggested we try Boot Camp after seeing someone achieve significant inch and weight loss. The first few weeks I must admit I found really really hard - I wasn't sure if I wanted to cry, be sick or faint but the encouragement from Jay and the rest of the girls telling me how well I was doing, I kept going (I'm also too mean to lose my money !!). This proved to be one of the best decisions I'd made. At the end of my first course (only 3 weeks, as we joined mid-course) I'd lost 17.25 inches - I was thrilled !! This gave me even more motivation to carry on. 3 weeks into the next 6 week course s and I'd lost 3kg (6.6lb) and had gone in a belt loop on my jeans - I even went out for a run at 8am on a rainy Sunday morning - the bug had got me !! Having done NO EXERCISE for 20 years I can definitely see an improvement in my fitness levels and would encourage anyone who wants to lose weight, tone up, get fit and stay fit to come along and join us – I am sure you too will “get the fitness bug” !!
