My journey so far... and what a fantastic one it's been. Just over 12 months ago I sat in the car park to the Gutterscroft venue feeling sick thinking turn the car around and go home, my nerves were getting the better of me. I didn't go home and I've never looked back. I’m the slimmest and fittest I’ve been since I got married 8 years ago, and I feel like the person I was then is making a comeback.
Every class I’ve attended I can say is different each time so you don't get bored of the same routine and they have a great buzz/vibe about them. The smiles on everybody’s face speaks volumes, you leave the class on a high.
Jamie our marine bootcamp trainer/coach has such determination and encouragement for each and every one of his candidates. He's so dedicated to offer nothing but the best bootcamp experience.
Also the support we share as fellow bootcampers is amazing; I've made some lovely friends along the way.
