I run skip and jump my way to Bootcamp twice a week,. over the last 13 weeks I Have adopted a clean healthy eating diet, attended Bootcamp twice a week, I have dropped a dress size and watched my body shape change.
I am now fitter in my forties than I have ever been in my thirties. there is a great spirit of encouragement at the sessions and I have met some lovely people and made some great friendships.
I thought I would never hear myself say I enjoy exercise, no session is the same, it is motivating and hard work!!
