I spend the hour before Bootcamp worrying about what we will be doing but when I'm there it goes so quickly and the buzz you get at the end make it all worthwhile. Overall, I feel a lot fitter, my shape has changed (inches lost as opposed to pounds) and I drink more water and less coffee than before which has helped me to sleep better.
I have surprised myself at what I am now able to achieve, let's see what the next 6 weeks bring!
