James is highly driven and motivated. His continual professional development allows Totally Aktive to keep abreast of new training methods and techniques, therefore offering our clients the most effective and up-to-date sessions possible.
Each session is planned to suit the needs and abilities of all clients from complete beginner to Athlete esuring all get the most from each and every session.

Michelle is our PiYO, PiYO gliders and TRX instructor, she is also Totally Aktive Nutrition Adviser, who is able to reflect on personal experience to ensure the best guidance is delivered.
Michelle is a highly motivated person and has studied Nutrition, as well as being a PiYO and TRX qualified trainer; this gives her the opportunity to put her skills and experience to good use assisting and encouraging others to pursue their goals and fulfil their dreams, showing them that if they want it they can achieve it.
